Bailey’s sundae coffee is a decadent and delicious drink that combines the rich flavors of Irish cream, coffee, and ice cream. It’s perfect for a special occasion or a cozy night in. To make it, simply pour Bailey’s Irish cream over ice cream in a glass, then top with hot coffee. You can also add whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or other toppings for an extra treat.

Ingredients For Bailey's Sundae Coffee
1 cup strong brewed coffee or a shot or two of espresso
Brew 1 cup of strong coffee, or pull one or two shots of espresso
Fill an oversized cup with a large scoop of ice cream
Pour 1 ounce of Irish cream on top of the ice cream
Pour the brewed coffee into this oversized cup to about ¾ way
Or pour the espresso shots into this cup and top with ½ cup hot water
Add optional whipped cream, or more Irish cream, sugar to taste, cinnamon powder, or crushed Oreos.
