Whisk cornstarch and powdered sugar in a saucepan.
Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream until smooth.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly till thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and other flavors.
Let cool completely and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Remember to shake the creamer well before using it.
